#ICAC-AD AFRIKA REPORT
COMMUNIQUE NUMBER 22
WE ARE PROUD OF THE SUCCESS OF OUR INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN FOR THE IDEA OF NON-MANDATORY COVID-19 VACCINATIONS BUT THE FIGHT CONTINUES.
The CICC-AD International Coalition Against Coronavirus and Other Pandemics for African Development notes that as of next week the world's governments will officially enter the active phase of vaccination against covid19 in Europe as well as in America, Asia and Africa.
Before that we have learned that in some African countries and elsewhere in the world some clinical trials have taken place officially and even clandestinely under conditions not always clarified on human persons.
1 The CICC DA notes that several Western countries including the USA, France, Great Britain, China, Russia etc., having felt the great resistance of the peoples of Africa and the whole world to accept the idea of their ultra-fast vaccines, have decided to resign themselves to accepting that their vaccines are not compulsory, for the time being, despite all their orchestrated propaganda in the international media over the last few months and with the help of many European, African and international institutions.
2 Better still, these institutions, including the World Health Organization, their pharmaceutical industry laboratories and other so-called philanthropic organizations, have been obliged to recognize the strong resistance of the peoples of the world and of Africa in particular against the covid19 vaccines that have sprouted everywhere in less than a year.
3 Therefore, the CICC-DA congratulates all the members of our Coalition in Africa and around the world as well as other volunteers and organizations that have actively contributed to the general mobilization against this pandemic and its side effects in order to form an education, a strong and informed opinion against this pandemic and its suspicious, devastating propaganda.
4 In reality this disease, in spite of everything, seems to be a pandemic whose economic and financial effects are more dramatic than any other disease due to the inadequate and often hazardous measures that have traumatized, impoverished and dislocated economies, the immunity of populations as well as social cohesion, peace and the physical and social security of peoples.
5 The CICC-AD maintains its starting position which is to have INCLUSIVE public policies for the treatment and prevention of this disease in Africa and the world and not this new and revolting tendency to subject our states, governments and peoples to the dictatorship of non-credible and economically interested pharmaceutical laboratories that disguise themselves behind NGOs and other so-called non-profit organizations but which are in reality only instruments in the pay of private groups and interests. These individuals and laboratories should in no way impose on us treatments or vaccines that have not yet proven their effectiveness, the degree or non-existence of their toxicities.
CICC-DA THEREFORE PROPOSES
6 The ICCC therefore calls on Africans, Westerners and Asians, in a word the peoples of the world, to remain vigilant with regard to Vaccines that have not even finished the various phases of clinical trials to reassure us that their perverse effects are minimal.
7 To this end, the CICC-DA maintains its opposition to all ideas of compulsory or even free vaccines at this stage of our observation of the general conditions and the level of current studies on vaccines that have been done in only 10 or 12 months at the most, whereas we all know that previous studies on vaccines took 6, 7 or even 10 years to complete all the scientific, procedural and clinical steps necessary for the validation of vaccines.
8 Africans, human beings are actually the most important species on our planet with our environment. That is why we cannot tolerate lightness that could be fatal to our survival due to lack of rigor and vision.
9 Africans and peoples of the world, our struggle is for the survival of the human race and for African Development without compromise.
We call upon the UN, the African Union, the European Union and all the international institutions and our governments on the serious risks that they make humanity take by rushing on vaccines that are not yet scientifically reassuring and whose studies are certainly not yet finished. Prevention is better than cure. Our Coalition now wishes to be associated with all international initiatives on the reflection, prevention and eradication of covid19 and all pandemics throughout the world.
10 The ICCC always suggests in-depth research on drugs worldwide and the organization of inclusive scientific symposia in Africa and elsewhere to make rigorous, independent and honest diagnoses to draw conclusions, the most advanced therapies to find ways and means to eradicate this pandemic which is no more deadly than many other diseases such as malaria, HIV AIDS or other scourges such as extreme poverty and famine, wars, poor governance etc. throughout the world.
11 The CICC advocates a radical change of paradigms and even of vision of the world's leaders who seem to give priority to material and financial interests as opposed to the lives of the women and men of the planet or to our living and working environment.
The ICCC urgently proposes the pure and simple cancellation of the external debts of African and other poor countries instead of the rescheduling of the public debt services of African countries suggested by the G8, the European Union and other IMF or World Bank.
12 Finally, the ICCC invites all international decision-makers to associate active civil societies and other leading actors of the world of work, communities and peoples in a global initiative for the redefinition of new orientations of global governance and even of the current dominant civilization which seems to be at a critical stage of bankruptcy and advanced self-destruction.
Together let us kill COVID19 for the definitive liberation of our Continent Africa and the human race.
