Pan-Africanistes demande instamment à L'Union Africaine de rompre les relations avec la CPI
Pan-Africanistes dont la position, le champion de la cause de la majorité des masses dans tous les pays africains ont exhorté L'Union Africaine (UA) à prendre une décision irrévocable, lors du prochain sommet à rompre les relations avec la cour pénale internationale (CPI).
" En outre, nous prenons note de l'appui écrasant pour la position de L'Union Africaine par la plupart des participants qui sont largement ordinaire des peuples d'Afrique à pousser pour retrait total de la CPI, et l'élargissement du champ d'application de la cour africaine des droits de l'homme et des peuples Pour faire face à des crimes de guerre, crimes contre l'humanité et de génocide qui sont mandat juridictionnel de la western-parrainé cpi," La Coalition des pan-Africaniste (CPA) a déclaré dans un communiqué de presse après la CPA a publié une déclaration après avoir assisté à la conférence sur le thème :" La CPI et l'Afrique : un débat sur la légitimité, l'impunité, la sélectivité, l'équité et de responsabilité " tenue à Accra, au Ghana, le 17 ème-18 mars, 2016.
La conférence a été organisée par le ghana institut de gestion et d'administration publique (Gimpa), Avec l'appui financier des pays-bas, et avec l'orateur principal comme le procureur de la cour pénale internationale (CPI), Mme Fatou Bensouda. La CPA a noté la conscience et tentative délibérée par la CPI et ses collaborateurs lors de la conférence à fausser le débat pour blanchir le souillé et discrédité image de Mme Bensouda et la CPI.
La CPA a observé l'approche discriminatoire dans le choix du Président / animateurs, orateurs et les membres du groupe à travers le monde, pour un total de trente huit (38) (à l'exception de deux (2)) Qui ont tous leur évent venomously la rate et malicieusement châtié l'ua sont déterminés à ne pas coopérer avec la CPI. La CPA a dit que c'était attristée par l'atmosphère toxique de l'anti-au diatribe, lors de la conférence, ce qui nous laisse aucun doute quant au fait que la conférence a été organisée à diaboliser l'Union Africaine et à diffamer les dirigeants politiques africains.
La CPA a regretté le prétentieux et arrogant les gesticulations de la CPI, procureur en chef qui a créé pas de place pour la recherche d'un consensus, et encore moins de logement de l'opinion de la poêle africanistes et leur mère leur corps, L'Union Africaine, qui veux un juste, juste, équitable, Et non discriminatoire du système de justice pénale internationale qui ne tolère pas l'impunité dans n'importe quelle partie du monde.
La coalition a tenu compte des antécédents historiques de l'esclavage transatlantique, du colonialisme et de néocolonialisme imposé par les africains de l'hégémonie impérialiste de l'Occident. Ainsi, la CPA a exprimé la crainte et le racisme et la justice sélective qui sous-tendent l'administration du système de justice pénale internationale, et d'avoir souligné ces et d'autres lacunes dans les activités juridiques de la CPI.

Pan-Africanists urge AU to sever relations with the ICC
Pan-Africanists whose stance champion the cause of the majority masses in all African countries have urged the African Union (AU) to take an irrevocable decision at the next summit to sever relation with the International Criminal Court (ICC).
“We further take note of the overwhelming support for the position of the AU by most of the participants who are largely ordinary peoples of Africa agitating for total withdrawal from the ICC, and the broadening of the scope of the African Court on Human and Peoples Rights to deal with war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide which are jurisdictional mandate of the Western-sponsored ICC,” the Coalition of Pan-Africanist (CPA) stated in a press release after the CPA issued a declaration after attending the conference on the theme:“The ICC and Africa: A Discussion on Legitimacy, Impunity, Selectivity, Fairness and Accountability” held in Accra, Ghana, on 17th-18 March, 2016.
The conference was organised by the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), with the financial support of the Netherlands, and with the keynote speaker as the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Mrs Fatou Bensouda. The CPA noted the conscious and deliberate attempt by the ICC and its collaborators at the conference to skew the discussion to whitewash the tainted and discredited image of Mrs Bensouda and the ICC.
The CPA observed the discriminatory approach in the choice of chairperson/moderators, speakers and panel members drawn across the globe totaling thirty eight (38) (except two (2)) who have all venomously vented their spleen and maliciously chastised the AU resolve not to cooperate with the ICC. The CPA said it was saddened by the toxic atmosphere of the anti-AU diatribe at the conference which leaves us in no doubt that the conference was arranged to demonize the AU and vilify the African political leadership as well.
The CPA regretted the self-righteous and arrogant posturing of the ICC Chief Prosecutor which created no room for consensus building, and let alone accommodation of the views of the Pan Africanists and their mother body, the AU, who want a fair, just, equitable and non-discriminatory international criminal justice system which does not condone impunity in any part of the world.
The Coalition took account of the historical antecedents of the transatlantic slavery, colonialism and neocolonialism foisted on Africans by the imperialist hegemony of the West. Thus the CPA expressed apprehension about the racism and selective justice that underpin the administration of the international criminal justice system, and having pointed out these and other inherent flaws in the juridical activities of the ICC.
